Barista / Mixologist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista and Mixologist to join our hospitality team in Ikoyi, Lagos. The role involves preparing high‑quality coffee beverages and crafting cocktails or mocktails while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based drinks such as Americano, Macchiato, Cappuccino and Latte, including latte art.
• Create cocktails and mocktails using mixology techniques.
• Provide attentive and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the service area.
• Work independently to ensure smooth operation during shifts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a barista and mixologist.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art.
• Experience in cocktail and mocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and uphold service standards.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality environment.
