Automobile Showroom Manager

About the role

The Automobile Showroom Manager will lead a dynamic sales floor, overseeing staff performance, inventory, and the overall customer experience. This senior position reports directly to senior management and plays a key part in driving revenue growth for a growing automotive brand.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and evaluate showroom personnel, fostering professionalism and teamwork.
• Design and execute sales strategies, customer acquisition campaigns, and business‑development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage showroom operations, including vehicle inventory, display standards and customer service processes.
• Track sales metrics, lead generation, conversion rates and staff productivity, producing regular performance reports.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure seamless sales and service operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and public functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, showroom management or business development leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
• Strong leadership, team‑building and staff‑development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
