Africa Mobility Lead

About the role

The Africa Mobility Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy and operations of the Africa Mobility Program. This senior position ensures high‑quality service delivery throughout the full international assignment lifecycle for strategic moves, acting as the key liaison between Business Units and the PPC Centers of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Africa Mobility Program strategy and day‑to‑day operations.
• Oversee the complete international assignment lifecycle for strategic and global moves.
• Serve as the primary interface between Business Units and PPC Centers of Excellence.
• Coordinate mobility activities across One Africa and manage global mobility opportunities outside the continent.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour, tax, and mobility policies.
• Lead project management initiatives, handling multiple assignments simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, retention, or global mobility.
• At least 3 years in a management‑level role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, labour and tax legislation.
• Deep understanding of One Africa talent strategy and country‑specific business needs.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with change management, procurement, and cross‑BU resourcing.
