Admin and Operations Support Staff

About the role

EFX Creations is hiring a full-time Admin and Operations Support Staff based in Lagos (Marina area). The role combines social media support, internal coordination and general administrative and operational assistance. Applicants must be based in Lagos and able to work on site three times per week.

Key responsibilities

• Help manage the company's social media pages and respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional way.
• Develop, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Monitor, track and analyse performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
• Coordinate internal messaging and communication within the team while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.

Required profile

• Currently serving as an NYSC corps member or looking for a PPA; applicants still in camp can apply.
• Accounting or event background is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and brand communications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organisational skills.
• Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.
• Must live reasonably close to Anthony/Maryland in Lagos.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets, WhatsApp and Zoom.
