Website Designer & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a talented Website Designer & Automation Specialist to join our Lagos team. The role blends creative web design with advanced marketing automation to deliver high‑performing digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive, visually appealing websites, including blogs, using WordPress and Squarespace.
• Configure domains, hosting, and DNS settings with tools such as Namecheap.
• Structure blog content for SEO and content‑marketing effectiveness.
• Create and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows.
• Integrate and oversee tools like GoHighLevel, Kartra, Kajabi, Zapier, Typeform, SendGrid, Twilio, WebinarJam and WebinarFuel.
• Implement email and SMS campaigns, lead‑nurturing systems, and webinar platforms.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable, Gemini) to boost productivity and automate processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operation of websites and automation systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in website design and development.
• Strong proficiency with WordPress and/or Squarespace.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and funnel‑building tools.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as Zapier and API connections.
• Experience managing email/SMS systems (SendGrid, Twilio).
• Solid understanding of SEO, especially for blog content.
• Experience with webinar platforms like WebinarJam or WebinarFuel.
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to business workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills.
