Wealth Management Advisor

About the role

The Wealth Management Advisor will proactively identify and nurture new client relationships while deepening existing ones, delivering innovative wealth management solutions to a diverse clientele across Nigeria. This role focuses on helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored investment advice and wealth preservation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate and execute end‑to‑end client engagement plans covering wealth management products, services, and preservation strategies.
• Acquire new clients to increase market share and generate profits for the organisation.
• Provide personalised customer service and professional investment advice aligned with clients' financial and non‑financial objectives.
• Create pitch documents, client relationship plans, relationship reviews, and financial plans.
• Develop and roll out innovative wealth management products and services targeted at specific client segments.
• Coordinate delivery of customer transactions, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
• Strong investment skills and expertise in detailed client profiling.
• Proven ability to generate income, grow a customer base, and manage strategic relationships.
• Excellent business, marketing, and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, report writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Client‑focused attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
• High sense of responsibility, accountability, and dependability.
