About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to join Khadasha Innovations Africa in Lagos. The role involves delivering courteous service to guests, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain meals and beverages, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, set, clear, and maintain tables throughout service.
• Process payments and operate the POS system as required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas and respond to guest requests and complaints professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a waitress, server, or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; well‑groomed and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
