General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our hospitality and lifestyle destination in Lagos. The role combines strategic business leadership with operational excellence, driving growth across accommodation, food & beverage, events and wellness services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business and commercial leadership, shaping strategy and revenue growth.
• Oversee operations and service excellence to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Drive sales, marketing and customer growth initiatives.
• Lead people management, building and empowering senior teams.
• Manage financial and asset performance, including P&L ownership.
• Enhance customer experience and brand positioning.
• Ensure robust reporting and governance compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Management or related field; hospitality qualification or MBA is a plus.
• 10‑15 years of experience with senior management roles in hospitality, resorts or comparable customer‑facing businesses.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial growth track record.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams such as accommodation, F&B, events, wellness or leisure.
• Background in building or repositioning hospitality or lifestyle destinations.
• Strong ability to build and empower management teams.
• High attention to quality, detail, resilience and adaptability.
• Innovative, opportunity‑oriented mindset with ability to work independently while escalating to Group CEO.
