Videographer – Real Estate Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer to produce high‑quality visual content for our premium real‑estate projects. You will work closely with the marketing team to capture and edit footage that showcases properties across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a drone to capture aerial footage of properties and sites.
• Shoot professional video on the ground, including interiors, exteriors, lifestyle, and walkthroughs.
• Produce content in both landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) formats as required.
• Create short‑form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok, and long‑form videos for YouTube.
• Edit all footage using your own laptop and professional editing software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content briefs and contribute creative ideas.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 3 years) with a demonstrable videography portfolio.
• Residence in Ajah or a comfortable commute to the Ajah axis.
• Prior experience working with a real‑estate marketing firm is preferred.

Required skills

• Drone operation.
• Proficiency with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema).
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
• Colour grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Familiarity with AI‑based editing or content tools.
