UX Specialist

About the role

Mobile Sport Limited is looking for a UX Specialist to shape the user experience of its sports‑betting platform for the Nigerian market. You will work closely with local product and research teams to deliver intuitive, high‑impact designs that meet the needs of avid sports‑betting users.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) with the local UXR team.
• Analyse user behaviour, feedback, and competitor apps to uncover design opportunities.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and mid‑fidelity prototypes primarily in Figma.
• Propose Nigeria‑specific design solutions for sports‑betting features.
• Present design proposals to Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Support continuous usability testing and ongoing UX improvements.
• Collaborate daily with Nigeria‑based User Researchers and the UXR Leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Graphic/Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UX design or research.
• Strong knowledge of user‑centered design and usability principles.
• Passionate sports‑betting user (especially football and real sports) – will be tested in interview.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (mid‑level or above).
• User research methods: interviews, surveys, usability testing.
• Wireframing and prototyping.
• Basic data analysis to inform design decisions.
