Unit Manager – Property Operations

About the role

The Unit Manager will lead daily property operations for Brit Property Nigeria Ltd in Ikeja. Reporting to senior management, the role combines team leadership, sales and marketing oversight, and client relationship management to drive the company’s real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with market trends.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Train new staff and foster continuous professional development.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong background in marketing, sales and client relationship management.
• Strategic planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field; professional real‑estate certification is a plus.
