About the role
We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to join our team in Lagos. You will provide end‑to‑end travel services, from flight and hotel bookings to visa processing, ensuring a seamless experience for corporate and individual clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations and travel itineraries using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
- Process visa applications for Schengen, Canada, the UK, the USA and other destinations, including e‑visa and study/work visas.
- Advise clients on travel regulations, visa requirements and entry protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation, track applications and follow up until completion.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated travel solutions.
Required profile
- BSc degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar travel consultancy or visa processing role.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Amadeus GDS.
- Proficiency with Sabre GDS.
- Proficiency with Galileo GDS.
