Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will coordinate daily dispatch activities, supervise riders and drivers, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of food products while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and assign orders to riders/drivers based on routes and priority.
• Track order fulfillment, monitor delivery volumes, and ensure daily delivery targets are met.
• Verify product quantities and condition before dispatch and report any damages, spills, or errors.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, customer delivery records, and prepare weekly logistics performance reports for the Logistics Manager.
• Supervise riders and drivers, ensure they have proper gear (helmets, raincoats, boots) and monitor the condition of logistics equipment, requesting repairs or replacements as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in a related discipline.
• 1–2 years experience in dispatch, logistics, or delivery coordination, preferably within FMCG, food, or beverage sectors.
• Experience supervising riders or drivers is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good time‑management, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
