Training Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Training Coordinator to manage and deliver learning initiatives for our organization. The role will ensure training programs run smoothly, from planning to evaluation, supporting employee development and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, managing calendars, venues and learning materials.
• Liaise with trainers, facilitators, vendors and participants to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers and learning databases.
• Monitor participation, prepare periodic training reports and analyze feedback.
• Support training needs assessments and implement learning plans aligned with organizational goals and budgets.
• Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – an advantage.
