Trainer / Facilitator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Trainer/Facilitator to deliver professional training programmes for a range of clients. The role involves both on‑site classroom sessions and virtual learning environments, ensuring participants acquire practical, industry‑relevant knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate professional training programmes physically and virtually.
• Develop, update and customise training materials, presentations and practical exercises.
• Conduct participant assessments, evaluations and provide feedback.
• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain high learner engagement.
• Integrate industry case studies and practical knowledge into sessions.
• Prepare training reports and documentation for continuous improvement.
• Support curriculum development and course enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum three years of practical industry experience combined with training delivery.
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Professional certifications relevant to the training domains (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, PMP).
• Ability to conduct training both online and onsite.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using virtual learning platforms for remote instruction.
