Telesales Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Marketer to join IQI Technology Ltd in Lagos. The role focuses on contacting potential and existing customers by phone, presenting our products and services, and driving sales. You will play a key part in building relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade purchases.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact to build strong relationships.
• Maintain a pipeline of calls and keep the CRM system updated.
• Handle objections and qualify clients through targeted questioning.

Required profile

• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self‑driven with determination to succeed.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Previous B2C telesales experience preferred but not essential.

• Base salary of NGN 120,000 per month.
• Commission potential up to NGN 200,000 per month.
