About the role
Twoo Brand is seeking a Technical Writer to produce clear, concise documentation for its software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to transform technical information into user‑friendly guides, manuals, and SOPs.
Key responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, technical guides, SOPs, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather accurate technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user‑friendly content.
- Review, proofread, and update documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Organise and maintain documentation repositories and version control.
- Develop knowledge‑base articles and training materials to support end users.
- Ensure all documentation follows company standards, style guides, and best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum B.Sc. degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical writing role.
