Tech Education Lead

About the role

The Tech Education Lead will design and deliver digital skills training for children, teenagers and young adults at the CAIN Digital Skills Lab in Lagos. You will create an engaging learning environment, manage lab resources and support the organization’s digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate digital literacy classes covering computer basics, internet use, document creation, graphic design and introductory coding.
• Develop and continuously improve lesson plans, workshops and training materials for diverse learners.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Digital Skills Lab, ensuring all equipment remains functional and secure.
• Provide technical support, maintain the organization’s website and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Mentor students, guide project work and foster confidence in technology use.
• Collaborate with the education team to design coding challenges, exhibitions and emerging‑technology modules.
• Research grant and partnership opportunities and contribute to fundraising for technology education.
• Monitor program outcomes, prepare impact reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Strong passion for digital education and community impact.
