Systems Analyst I

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst I to provide system‑level support for multi‑user operating systems and Microsoft cloud services. The role focuses on managing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and Microsoft Entra ID, while automating routine tasks through PowerShell.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Microsoft Intune as the primary endpoint management platform, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, update rings and compliance policies.
• Partner with business teams and end users to gather requirements and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Copilot.
• Support identity and access management in Microsoft Entra ID, handling account provisioning, group membership, Conditional Access policies and multi‑factor authentication.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation routines to improve reliability and reduce manual effort in device management.
• Process requests for new domain accounts, security changes, and ensure proper account lifecycle management.
• Advise on hardware and software needs, evaluate vendors and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management across Windows, iOS, Android and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Understanding of modern identity concepts in Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and multi‑factor authentication.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
