System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a senior System Administrator to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure while strengthening our security posture. The role combines day‑to‑day network and system operations with advanced endpoint and mobile device protection.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions and enforce security policies across all corporate devices.
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform (ManageEngine) to secure laptops, smartphones and tablets.
• Supervise daily network operations, perform troubleshooting, fault resolution and routine maintenance of OEM hardware.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing using tools such as Nessus, Metasploit and Burp Suite, and produce remediation reports.
• Ensure 100 % user compliance with internal IT security policies and support governance, risk and compliance activities aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Assist in security incident investigations, threat hunting and post‑incident analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a combined Systems Administration and Information Security role.
• Hands‑on experience with ManageEngine MDM and enterprise‑grade EDR solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, topology and OEM hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
