Supply Chain Manager – Lagos

About the role

Thronos Alliance is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead its end‑to‑end logistics operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, optimizing costs, and ensuring reliable delivery across our shipping and logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply‑chain strategies.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management functions.
• Design and maintain supplier performance‑management systems.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and distribution partner performance.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and create contingency plans.
• Track procurement and logistics KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Implement technology solutions and process enhancements.
• Prepare regular supply‑chain performance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of supply‑chain experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP or CPSM are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and supply‑chain software.
