Superintendent Pharmacist

About the role

HEALTHPLUS is looking for a dedicated Superintendent Pharmacist to lead its pharmacy operations in Lagos. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee daily activities, and provide high‑quality pharmaceutical care while driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including inventory and controlled medicines management.
• Lead, supervise, and develop pharmacy staff.
• Provide patient counseling and ensure accurate prescription dispensing.
• Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies for license renewals and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D).
• Current registration and practicing licence with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in a retail or community pharmacy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of pharmacy regulations and inventory management.
