About the role

Lopterra Services Limited, a training and consultancy firm with offices in Lagos and Johannesburg, is expanding its team across several functions. We are seeking qualified candidates for six full‑time positions ranging from accounting support to senior program management. Applicants will join a dynamic environment focused on delivering high‑quality services to clients in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, inventory logs and assist with bookkeeping (Accounting/Inventory Assistant).
• Develop and oversee partnership agreements, ensure regulatory compliance (Partnership and Compliance Lead).
• Promote and sell solar solutions, achieve sales targets (Solar Sales Officer).
• Lead sales teams, drive revenue growth and manage client relationships (Sales Manager, Sales Account Director).
• Design and implement governance programmes, monitor project outcomes (Senior Program Officer, Governance and Leadership).

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary education or proven experience in the respective field.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting targets or delivering project results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Basic understanding of financial reporting or sales processes, depending on the role.
