About the role
The Student Counsellor will guide prospective students through the entire study‑abroad journey, from initial enquiry to successful enrollment. Working within a dynamic admissions consulting firm, you will help candidates identify suitable universities and programmes that match their academic and career goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised counselling on overseas study opportunities.
- Recommend universities and programmes based on individual student profiles.
- Manage enquiries from first contact through to application submission.
- Follow up leads, convert prospects into applications, and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Assist with documentation, application processing, and admissions procedures.
- Guide students through visa requirements and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with partner institutions and clients.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: HND.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar student‑counselling or admissions role.
- Based in Ikeja, Lagos.
- Entry‑level/Junior candidate.
