Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Raw Materials and Finished Goods stores at Bhojraj Industries Limited, ensuring efficient inventory control, compliance with food safety standards, and smooth logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of raw materials and finished goods stores.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and store documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate SAP reports.
• Supervise, train, and manage store personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise material flow.
• Monitor stock levels and implement efficiency improvements.
• Report timely on departmental performance and achieve targets.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in Accountancy, Stores Management, Purchasing & Supply, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of store management experience, preferably in flexible packaging manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and experience with internal and external audits.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
• Operational knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in transportation and logistics management.
• Strong manpower and performance management skills.
• Age between 35 and 45 years.
