About the role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of our retail outlets in Lagos. The role involves overseeing both front‑ and back‑end activities, ensuring high standards of customer service and store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily front‑ and back‑end operations across all outlets.
- Supervise staff and store areas to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and train employees to ensure consistent service and presentation.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Assess staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Ensure timely requisition of store supplies in collaboration with the F&B Manager.
- Compile detailed reports on product performance and sales.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of an S.S.C.E (secondary school certificate).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar store management role.
