About the role
The Store Manager will lead daily operations of a fashion retail outlet in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Reporting directly to the owner, the role ensures high standards, sales growth and an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain visual and service standards.
- Lead, supervise and coordinate store staff.
- Manage stock and inventory, implementing loss‑prevention measures.
- Handle cash and perform daily sales reconciliation.
- Drive sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Act as the owner’s representative and provide regular reports.
Required profile
- Female candidate.
- 3–5 years recent experience as a Store or Retail Manager.
- Proven track record in staff management, cash handling and inventory control.
- Minimum HND/B.Sc.; background in fabric, textile or fashion retail is an advantage.
- Resides in or near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
