Store Inventory Officer

About the role

The Store Inventory Officer will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of the ERP Master Item Library for our construction projects. You will work closely with engineering, procurement and other cross‑functional teams to ensure that all inventory data is up‑to‑date, standardized and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the ERP Master Item Library.
• Create, review, validate and classify new inventory items.
• Standardize item descriptions, naming conventions and units of measure.
• Identify and eliminate duplicate or obsolete inventory records.
• Validate technical specifications with Engineering and Procurement teams.
• Attach relevant technical documents, drawings and product information to item records.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure master data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Management or a related field.
• Engineering qualification (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP Master Data Management, Inventory Control or Technical Cataloguing.
• Previous experience in construction, civil engineering, MEP or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for master data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query and Data Validation.
