Store Inventory Manager

About the role

The Store Inventory Manager will oversee all stock movements, ensuring accurate records and optimal inventory levels across both the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas. Working closely with the line manager, you will maintain a safe, efficient stockroom environment and support the overall commercial success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Record and manage all inbound and outbound stock using IC processes and Omnichannel systems.
• Collaborate with the line manager to guarantee sufficient consumables and highlight any issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and adjustments.
• Ensure stockroom health, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the stockroom team using the Company Performance system.
• Work respectfully with all store team members to meet or exceed store goals.
• Maintain consistent inventory levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar inventory or stockroom role.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Lagos and support colleagues as needed.
