Staff Nurse Assistant

About the role

The Staff Nurse Assistant will provide first‑aid and basic medical care to employees and guests, ensuring a safe and healthy environment at our Marina location. You will support the occupational health program by monitoring fitness for duty, handling emergencies, and maintaining accurate health records.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.
• Monitor staff fitness for duty and report health concerns.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate referrals to hospitals.
• Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and medication logs.
• Administer prescribed medications within the scope of practice.
• Ensure the first‑aid room and medical supplies are fully stocked.
• Promote hygiene, infection prevention, and workplace health awareness.
• Conduct periodic health inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support implementation of occupational health and safety policies.
• Perform routine health checks and wellness assessments for staff and guests.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• BSc degree in a relevant health field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of first‑aid procedures and occupational health practices.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and communicate clearly.
