Solar Field Sales Agent

About the role

The Solar Field Sales Agent will distribute and sell solar systems directly to shop owners in Lagos, ensuring they understand product features, benefits, and payment terms while complying with SunFi’s pricing policy. This field‑based role requires daily interaction with retailers, accurate documentation, and timely collection of payments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, warehouse, and distribute solar systems to local shop owners.
• Ensure shop owners adhere to fixed pricing and promote product sell‑through.
• Collect and verify full KYC details (ID, photo, contact, address) from shop owners.
• Obtain signed SunFi sales agreements before delivery and submit documents for approval.
• Attend daily team meetings (Mon–Fri, 9–10 AM).
• Maintain accurate sales and payment records; submit weekly performance and market reports.
• Monitor stock turnover and ensure timely payment collection.
• Earn extra margin refunds for sales above retail price and qualify for larger stock allocations and dealer privileges as a high performer.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• 0–2 years of field sales experience.
• Resident of Lagos State.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to meet daily targets independently.
• Tech‑savvy with basic smartphone reporting capability.
