Software Developer

About the role

Thronos Alliance is looking for a motivated Software Developer to join its Lagos office. You will work on a variety of web and backend applications, turning business requirements into reliable, scalable code.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse software requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain web and backend applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Build and integrate APIs and third‑party services.
• Design and interact with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Produce technical documentation and support deployment processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and ensure security best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Portfolio of completed software projects.
