Social Media Strategist & PR Lead

About the role

Auravive is seeking a creative, driven Social Media Strategist & PR Lead to shape the brand’s voice and grow its audience in the wellness space. You will own the brand’s presence across multiple platforms, craft compelling stories, and generate buzz that positions Auravive as a household name.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and other channels.
• Maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent, on‑brand posting.
• Produce and oversee copy, graphics, short‑form video and campaigns that drive follower growth and sign‑ups.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers and media outlets in Nigeria.
• Write press releases, pitches and other brand communications.
• Plan and launch partnership campaigns, product launches and PR events.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and continuously refine tactics.
• Stay ahead of trends in wellness, culture and social media.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, PR or communications, preferably with consumer brands, startups or agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful content and campaign results.
• Excellent writing ability and a keen eye for design and video.
• Existing media, influencer or PR contacts in Nigeria are a plus.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Genuine passion for wellness and wellbeing.

Required skills

• Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn platform expertise.
• Canva, CapCut, InVideo or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Paid social advertising and analytics tools.
