Creative Content Creator for Healthcare Brand

About the role

We are seeking a creative, research‑driven Content Creator to produce engaging short‑form video content for our healthcare platform. The role combines audience insight, scriptwriting, on‑camera performance and independent video production to support our commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Research audience problems, trends and competitor content to generate original ideas and hooks.
• Write and adapt scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, UGC, educational and direct‑response videos.
• Appear on‑camera, record multiple takes and variations, and produce vertical video footage using a smartphone or approved equipment.
• Capture B‑roll, organise raw footage and ensure assets are ready for editing.
• Analyse performance data with creative and media teams to iterate and improve future content.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating short‑form video content for social platforms.
• Strong on‑camera presence and excellent English communication.
• Research‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into compelling concepts.
• Commercially minded, understanding of direct‑response structures and business objectives.
• Self‑directed, reliable and collaborative within a multidisciplinary creative team.

Required skills

• Scriptwriting for short‑form video.
• Smartphone video production, including basic lighting, framing and audio.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short‑form formats.
• Understanding of direct‑response marketing structures (hook, problem, solution, CTA).
• Ability to manage and organise video assets for editing.
