Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content and campaigns that showcase trust, engagement metrics, and commercial results.
• Grow and nurture online communities of marketers, brand managers, agencies, and industry professionals.
• Design and operate referral programs that incentivize users and track introductions from existing users, partners, and advocates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, and industry contacts.
• Support relationship management activities that increase retention, expansion, and advocacy.
• Monitor social and referral performance; provide insights and recommendations to improve reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development to ensure consistent messaging around trust, engagement, and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for testimonials, case studies, community events, and co‑marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management, community management, referral marketing, or relationship/partnership roles.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and grow professional audiences, ideally in advertising, marketing, or technology communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling around trust and results.
• Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and CRM or referral tracking systems.
• Relationship‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and priorities while maintaining brand consistency.
