Social Media Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a Social Media Manager to shape and execute its media and content strategy, driving brand awareness and supporting property sales in the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive media and content plan aligned with sales objectives.
• Produce and distribute high‑quality photo, video, and graphic assets for digital and offline campaigns.
• Manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee property video tours, client testimonials, promotional campaigns, and event coverage.
• Supervise creative partners, including photographers, videographers, and influencers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor digital performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Stay updated on emerging media trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications or related field.
• At least three years of experience in media management, content strategy or digital marketing.
• Proven track record in leading content creation and brand communication.
• Strong leadership, project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in the real‑estate industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media analytics platforms.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN150,000 and NGN250,000 (net).
