Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute content strategies that support Laiedon Innovations' brand and growth objectives. The role focuses on turning long‑form podcast episodes into engaging short‑form social media assets and building an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Repurpose long‑form podcast content into high‑performing short‑form social media pieces.
• Lead content ideation, including campaign concepts, hooks, angles, and storytelling approaches.
• Create designs, graphics, and short‑form videos using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
• Track performance metrics and produce weekly and monthly reports on growth and engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and propose content improvements.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, coordination, and follow‑ups.
• Communicate proactively with updates, insights, and progress reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, social media marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media marketing, and audience growth.
• Proven ability to repurpose long‑form content into short‑form, high‑performing assets.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social platform analytics.
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• High ownership mindset with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
