Social Media Manager

About the role

Sunrose Consulting is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will craft engaging visual and written content that showcases products, events, and the unique experiences the brand offers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute content calendars for all social platforms.
• Create high‑quality photos, videos, reels, stories and captions that reflect the brand’s visual identity.
• Capture and edit media from product launches, customer experiences, Chandler Sessions, Alchemy Sessions and other brand activities.
• Schedule posts, engage with the community, and respond to comments and messages daily.
• Monitor trends, emerging formats and audience preferences to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with management and team members to align content with business objectives.
• Track performance metrics, audience growth and engagement, and report on effectiveness.
• Build and nurture an online community that embodies the brand’s values.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Experience with lifestyle, beauty, fashion, hospitality or luxury brands is a plus.
• Proximity to the Island is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with CapCut.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
