Multimedia Producer – Creative Content Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Multimedia Producer to lead the creation of video, photography, audio and other multimedia assets for our clients. The role involves translating creative concepts into production plans and delivering high‑quality content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production concepts, scripts, storyboards and shot lists, and coordinate pre‑production, production and post‑production activities.
• Manage shoots, locations, equipment, crew, talent and production schedules while collaborating with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Designers and Digital teams.
• Oversee video editing, motion graphics, sound, colour grading and final delivery to ensure brand and creative standards are met.
• Maintain production timelines and budgets, and keep an organised library of assets.
• Identify new production techniques, formats, tools and visual trends, and adapt content for different platforms.

Required profile

• First‑degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
• 3–5 years of multimedia production experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of video, photography, audio and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of pre‑production, production and post‑production processes.
