About the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our workshop operations in Lagos. The role involves overseeing vehicle repairs, ensuring high quality service, and driving profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all workshop activities and service personnel.
- Plan, schedule and monitor vehicle repairs and maintenance to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability.
- Handle customer concerns and deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate with parts, procurement and technical teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
- Train, mentor and evaluate workshop staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in automotive service management.
