Senior Sales Representative Officer

About the role

Forthworth farms is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Representative Officer to drive revenue growth across its agricultural and forestry operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, nurturing client relationships, and delivering compelling sales presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
• Mentor and support junior sales representatives when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• High level of professionalism, resilience, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
