Sales Executive

About the role

Turbo Maple International Limited is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive lead conversion and expand its client base in Lagos. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to shipment activation, while collaborating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. This role offers the chance to grow your sales expertise within the shipping and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned leads, guiding them through the sales funnel to account activation and shipment.
• Conduct in‑person visits to potential and existing customers to build trust and secure business.
• Proactively engage prospects to meet and exceed monthly growth and revenue targets.
• Make outbound calls, follow‑ups, and negotiate with SMEs, online vendors, and individual clients.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records of lead statuses and customer data in the Exprezzgo application.
• Provide regular updates on lead status, conversion progress, and market feedback to management.
• Assist with shipment coordination and general office operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews to refine sales approach.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of SSCE.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
