Senior Sales Manager – IT & Telecoms

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the commercial activities of IOTech Global Hub Limited, driving revenue growth within the IT and telecom sector in Nigeria. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and increase market share.
• Lead, coach and monitor a sales team, setting performance targets and reviewing results.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting and relationship building in target markets.
• Maintain strong client relationships, understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with management to improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in a senior sales role within IT or telecoms.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
