Sales Representative

About the role

Elevate Human Solutions Ltd is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote its HR consulting services to individual and corporate clients in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential individual and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, field sales, and other channels.
• Present and promote the company's HR consulting services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Work towards achieving a ₦3,000,000 monthly sales target.
• Provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to prospect, follow up, handle objections, and close deals.
• Target‑driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos business environment is an advantage.
• Experience selling professional, HR, recruitment, or B2B services is an added advantage.

What we offer

• Base remuneration of NGN 100,000 per month.
• Commission of up to NGN 200,000.
• Performance bonus of up to NGN 150,000, subject to targets.
