Senior Product Manager - Offline Lending

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy and delivery of offline personal and self‑employed loan products in Nigeria. You will drive financial inclusion by creating customer‑centric credit solutions for under‑served segments through field agents and branch networks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for offline personal and self‑employed loans, aligning with Renmoney’s inclusive finance goals.
• Conduct field research (interviews, focus groups, surveys) to capture borrower needs and translate insights into product designs.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimisation.
• Draft detailed product requirements, prioritise features and drive Agile execution with engineering and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Credit/Risk, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and risk alignment.
• Partner with sales and field teams to incorporate on‑ground feedback, support agent training and enhance product‑market fit.
• Define, track and report key performance indicators such as approval rates, portfolio yield and repayment performance.
• Mentor junior product managers and champion Agile processes across the team.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product management experience, preferably in fintech or lending.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive product strategy.
• Strong understanding of offline distribution channels such as field agents and branches.
