About the role

The Security Operations Supervisor/Coordinator will oversee guard services, ensure smooth daily operations, and act as the main liaison between management, staff, and vendors. This role is critical for maintaining high‑quality security delivery and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operation of the organization.
• Process and maintain guard service contracts.
• Supervise guards posted at client beats and ensure professional conduct.
• Participate in hiring, training, and background checks of guards.
• Liaise with finance to prepare attendance sheets for salary payments.
• Develop and implement proactive measures to improve service delivery.
• Enhance operational processes to support organizational growth.
• Track staffing needs and recruit new employees as required.
• Collect and analyse operational metrics to meet productivity targets and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.
• Oversee materials, inventory management, and budget reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an operations supervisor (hands‑on).
• HND or equivalent in any field.
• Experience managing control‑room operators, security supervisors, and patrol drivers.
• Strong training in conflict management and business negotiation.
