About the role
Swift Consulting is seeking a reliable Security Guard to protect its premises in the Marina area of Lagos. The role involves maintaining a safe environment for staff, visitors, and assets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access.
- Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
- Conduct routine security checks and inspections.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or security breaches.
- Report suspicious activities and prepare incident reports.
- Ensure company rules and safety procedures are strictly followed.
- Safeguard company assets and property.
Required profile
- Minimum Senior School Certificate Examination.
- Previous experience as a security guard is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, alert, and able to work shifts.
- Honest, responsible, and of good character.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
