Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a dynamic sales team to promote and sell a range of cakes, pastries, and catering services to both individual and corporate clients. This role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market reach, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, motivate and support the sales team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Promote and sell confectionery and catering services to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular sales and team reports.
• Handle key client enquiries, provide accurate product information, and process orders.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Provide market feedback on trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, confectionery or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, result‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
