Sales Representative – Retail (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our retail team in Marina, Lagos. The role focuses on driving daily sales, delivering excellent customer service and promoting ethical beauty products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by actively promoting products and offering personalized solutions.
• Greet customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable items while communicating the brand’s ethical values.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across skincare, haircare, body care, makeup and fragrances.
• Ensure the store is tidy, well‑stocked and visually appealing.
• Participate in in‑store promotions, demos and events to increase brand awareness.
• Provide feedback on customer insights, sales trends and stock requirements to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to sustain a positive, high‑energy store environment.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, fashion or FMCG.
• Friendly, confident and passionate about ethical beauty.
• Fluent in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proximity to Ikeja City Mall is advantageous.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Basic computer skills.
