Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join our retail and fashion merchandise store in Lagos. You will be the front‑line ambassador, promoting our products to both new prospects and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell products through direct sales, cold calls, and scheduled meetings.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Deliver sales presentations, demonstrate product features, and negotiate pricing or contract terms.
• Identify customer needs, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Track sales metrics, manage pipelines, and report progress and forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of OND.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar sales or customer‑facing role.
• Proven track record in sales, inventory management, or related functions.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong motivation to meet and exceed quotas.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasive presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic office applications.
